For any youth that want to go play golf tomorrow, we are going to go play at Cobbs Glen around 10:30am. We will probably only play 9 holes and you will need your own transportation to and from the course. Yes, the day has finally come. Oh, if I only had a nickle for every time someone has asked me in the last 4 weeks, “Are you moved in yet?”
That’s enough ranting, now to the important stuff. Bryan and Jennifer are going to be moving from their apartment to their new house on Saturday, March 29. As verse 3, chapter 7 in the book of Bryan says in the bible, “the moving boxes are plentiful, but the laborers are few.” (j/k, I just made that up:))
We need people to help make the move go faster, and trucks, cars, planes, boats (well maybe not planes and boats, but you get the idea) to help us move all of our stuff less than a mile to our new house. If you are interested in helping, please give me a call at (864) 634-6149

We will be having Super Bwol party on Sunday, January 3rd at Nick and Vanessa Seaver’s house. The party will begin at 6:30pm and end no later than 10:15pm. All parents, youth, and youth workers are invited to participate in this time of fellowship with us. In order for us to have snacks and drinks we would like to ask every male youth to bring a 2 liter soda, and every girl youth to bring a desert, snack food, or a bag of chips.
There will be a meeting this Wednesday, January 16 at 6:00pm for the parents of youth and any chaperons that are going to Chillipepper. We will be meeting in the Faithbuilder Sunday School class upstairs in the education building. This meeting is mandatory in order to give out medical forms, itineraries, and other important information.
Chillipepper is coming. Here are the details:
Dates: January 25-27
Time: Leaving the church at 4:30pm, Jan. 25 and returning at 5:00pm on Jan. 27
Location: Pigeon Forge, Tn.
Lodging: Comfort Inn- Apple Valley
Cost: $25 deposit, and money for your room(no more than $55), food, and spending money. The total cost for the room will be announced once we have a firm number of how many are going.

The youth will be having a New Years Eve/Peach Bowl Party on Monday, D
ecember 31, 2007 at the Holcombe’s house.(here is a link for directions to their house) The party will start at 5pm and will end at 11pm. We will have a bonfire, smores, the Peach Bowl will be on, fireworks, as well as a great time of fellowship. There will be a sign up sheet Sunday morning (Bryan will have it with him) for families to sign up to bring fixins’ for smores, snack foods, and drinks. We look forward to seeing you all there.
